How to change or cancel an order

I need to change or cancel my order

We are able to cancel an order if the order is not in the process of being assembled yet. However, once the order is being made or the order is already packaged ready for shipment then we're unable to modify an order.

You can return or exchange it if they are not custom handmade items such as hats, blankets or custom request items.

I placed an order, but realized I need to change my shipping address.
