Return & Exchange Policy

How to Return or Exchange?

We want our customers to be happy, so we will do our best to ensure that you are pleased with your order. If you receive your order and are dissatisfied with the merchandise because it is defective, damaged, or mistake on our part, you may return the item(s) within 30 business days of receipt.

Is my item eligible for return or exchange?

To be eligible for exchange or return, your product must meet ALL of the following criteria:
  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • NOT sale items.  All sale items are FINAL.
  • NOT custom handmade items, such as hats, blankets, custom request item.  These custom handmade are not returnable unless it is a mistake on our part.
  • In the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

IMPORTANT: Custom handmade means when you select color and size for an item, it is made specifically for you and shipped after.  We do not carry inventory.  For this reason we do not offer Refunds or Exchanges for custom handmade item if the look turned out to be different from what you imagined unless it is a mistake happened on our part.  Please make sure to read the sizing guideline before purchasing.

How do I initiate my return?

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instruction on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.  Buyer is responsible for purchasing return label fee unless it is due to a mistake on our part.   In the event of a mistake on our part, we will send you a return label instead.

Should I do return or exchange?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

When do I get my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item(s) before issuing a refund. If the item(s) are deemed unfit for re-sale due to inflicted damages, we reserve the right to decline the refund.  If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
