Shipping Information

How is shipping calculated? 
Our shipping charges are based on the method of service and the location. 

Do I need to be home to receive a package? 
While we do not require signatures for most deliveries, we do recommend that you have someone available to accept the package.

Are shipping costs refundable? 
Shipping costs will not be refunded upon return as they are one-time fees.

When will my order ship? 
Orders placed prior to 8:00 AM CT with our Fastest Shipping method will be eligible to ship out the same day. 

Orders ship Monday through Friday (holidays may vary). Our carriers do not typically ship or deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.

All our items are handmade to order.  This means we do not keep inventory of items as all items are made when orders come in.  Handmade items require times to make.  We strive to produce high quality items for you to enjoy a long time.  Please allow to 3-5 business days for detailed custom made order such as animal themed hats, nursery items, any blankets, plushies, nursery decor.  

Small handmade items will be ready in 1-3 business days such as cozies, hair accessories, small soft toys.

Please note that processing time may be longer during holiday seasons.  In that event an email will be sent out with a new updated processing time and estimated completion date.   Holiday Shipping Cut-offs: We always recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure you receive your items on time.   Remember...handmade items take time to make.  
Is there tracking number with the shipment?

Yes, all outgoing packages come with tracking number.  We are NOT responsible for delivery mistakes made by the mail carrier such as late shipment or missing packages.  You are responsible to contact the mail carrier with the tracking number provided in your email when the item is shipped.  If the package is deemed "Lost" by the mail carrier they are responsible for reimbursing the customer up to certain value (the value depends on the mail carrier you chose for shipment).

RETURNS / WRONG ADDRESS
If a package is returned to us due to the wrong address been provided or non claimed delivery we require an additional postage fee to be paid to resend the item to you.
